Directional Light Shadows are too dark

What causes the shadows to be too dark?

My games shadows where working fine till recently the shadows for some reason are now just too dark not even Skylight can fix the issue i tried replacing the directional shadows many times to see if that fixes the issue but nothing has worked.

This is only affecting one level what can i do to fix this? It does not matter how much brightness i add from Directional or Sky the shadows are always too dark and i mean dark no amount of lighting can help it.

What sort of lighting are you using?

Did you build light at some point?

Dynamic movable lights are being used none of it is baked.

And if you set the skylight and directional to moveable and build light?

Not that i can recall i mean the lighting is completely dynamic and i been moving the sun in multiple locations the shadows are still deep dark
