This issue is starting to frustrate me now lol I’ve looked up on how to fix this issue and the results I’m finding is to select the “Shadow Two Sided” option on the landscape. Now this works to an extent, however the bleedthrough is still there and I can’t figure out how to stop it. Here are some pics.
so this is the landscape without the “Shadow Two Sided” option ticked…
and this is the landscape with it ticked…
As you can see there is still a tiny bit of bleedthrough still happening at the very base of the foliage meshes, I’ve tried creating a plane underneath the entire landscape to try and cast a shadow on the underside of the landscape but that doesn’t seem to work.
Is there anything I’m missing? (I’m very new to Unreal Engine so I’m assuming I’m missing loads which is why I’m here lol)
