Different Nav mesh volumes on the editor and In-Game

I’m having a problem with the navigation volume. When I set it up, it looks pretty decent, but when I start using the AI, the mesh the AI uses is different (it’s moved). Here are some pictures.

I tried adding custom Nav modifier, redoing the Nav mesh, and I put the same agent radius in Project Settings > Navigation Mesh > Agent radius.

But it doesn’t work. (Sorry for my English)

I fixed making another level and pasting everything there
