Different lighting views using post processing

Hi, so I’ve been making my own game recently and I have made a building with interior from the outside, I’m using dynamic lighting and post processing volumes, so as you walk into the building, it gets darker, I want it to clearly show that inside the building is dark whilst you are outside the building as the lighting only changes when I walk into the building which is where one of my post processing volumes are.

How do I allow the player to see that inside the building is dark whilst the player is outside the building?

Thanks.

In post process, this is the auto-exposure (Eye Adaptation)

If i understand you’re answer, you want to have a light transition between (for example) inside a building, and outside a building.

Like rainbow six, or tarkov is doing.
If yes, then you should put this on, and configure in the way you want the auto-exposure setting in post processing (camera, or post process component).

Should this be on or off?
