Different Lighting output depending if items are in blueprints or not

Why is the lighting rendering different depending if items are in BluePrints or not?
UE 4.27

e.g.
Here there is a single light in an area, the area is a blueprint that has a floor and the walls/roof but the light is in the level not BP.

Here is the same single light in the same are but the geometry is not in a blueprint

Here is the same single light in the same area and it is also within the blueprint

Is there a way to get this all consistent as this will affect other areas of the project.
Does this also affect how objects are grouped in the world outliner?
