Summary
I am using CPP to develop a Depth of Field effect, but I found after a hotfix, the logic changed, so I change my code too, but the new Depth of Field won’t receive a lower parameter, for example, if I set the FollowCamera->PostProcessSettings.DepthOfFieldScale = 1.f; then though the DepthOfFieldScale can be reset to zero, but it will never effect. I have confirmed it is not the PostProcessingVolume priority problem, because I only has one Volume in level, and even the 99999priority is not working.

Rendering (Graphics / Niagara)
Steps to Reproduce
Set a Depth of Feild by the PostProcessVolume so you can varify this issue. Using CPP in a PlayerController to set the FollowCamera->PostProcessSettings.bOverride_DepthOfFieldScale = 1; then set FollowCamera->PostProcessSettings.DepthOfFieldScale = 1.f; you will found the Effect is solid now.
Expected Result
When the FollowCamera->PostProcessSettings.DepthOfFieldScale = 0.f; the Depth of Feild effect is supposed to be disappeared.
Observed Result
But once you reset the FollowCamera->PostProcessSettings.DepthOfFieldScale = 0.f; it won’t work. though the FollowCamera->PostProcessSettings.DepthOfFieldScale == 0.f; but the engine ignore it and never close the effect. And more importantly, not only the DepthOfFieldScale is like this, other parameters EXCEPT the DepthOfFieldDistance is also in a same behivor, the engine won’t accept a smaller parameter.
