Summary
The Z and X axis rotation for the sun component is not staying put while using the Day Sequence device when I launch an edit session or in a private code!

Steps to Reproduce
- Place Day Sequence Device in world
- Select Fixed Time Of Day for Day/Night Cycle set to 20.0
- Enable Sunlight component
- Set Rotation Z to 85.0
- Set Rotation X to 50.0
- Place a prop or building in world to mark the location of where the sun should be for visual reference
- Save Changes
- Launch Session
- Start game
- View sun now rotated to default location based on TOD settings
Expected Result
Sun rotation along Z and X azis should stay when launching a game or playing in a private code.
Observed Result
Sun location resets to default location for chosen time of day settings.

Additional Notes
This issue is affecting multiple islands that I am currently comissioned for with a tight deadline. The lighting changes caused by the location resetting are haulting the production process, which may result in their deadlines with their client not to be met.
