D3D device being lost crash

Hello, i started using UE 5 recently, UE 5.4.4 to be more specific.
Once i start the editor, or any program related to it, i keep getting the same crash :

GPU Crash dump Triggered

UnrealEditor_D3D12RHI
UnrealEditor_D3D12RHI
UnrealEditor_D3D12RHI
UnrealEditor_D3D12RHI
UnrealEditor_SlateRHIRenderer
UnrealEditor_SlateCore
UnrealEditor_MainFrame
UnrealEditor_MainFrame
UnrealEditor_UnrealEd
UnrealEditor
UnrealEditor
UnrealEditor
UnrealEditor
UnrealEditor
kernel32
ntdll

I have tried a lot of different ways to fix it, i reinstalled UE itself, updated graphic drivers, reinstalled graphic drivers, added TgiDelay, TgiDdiDelay, everything that i could found in the forums, but i still keep getting the same error over and over again.
Do you guys have any suggestions on what i should do ?

Full name crash :

LowLevelFatalError
[File:D:\build++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\Windows\D3D11RHI\Private\D3D11Util.cpp][Line: 180]
Error : 0x0 - ‘S_OK’

Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the Unreal Engine Community Forum! I’ve dealt with this issue personally. I feel your pain. It can be caused by a number of things. The delay does help a lot of users as long as it’s set around 100ms etc. Is the system/rig you’re using a custom built? (Did you buy and add/put RAM in the pc etc) Also, do you get this error while doing anything else?

Hello,
i am not doing anything else while i try to run it. I have read about some issues with certain programs interfering with the way, but after turning everything i could of think of off, the problem is still there.
I have not added extra ram in my PC, and the build its not custom.
My pc specs are :
32gm RAM
RTX 4070
13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-13700H 2.40 GHz

hi @Hellomynameisyou ,
This sounds similar to the problems and hopefully, you will find a solution

Does this issue occur in one specific UE versions or multiple? (Also does it happen in DX11 and 12?)
