Hello, Flak. Sorry for writing to you about this here, but could you please answer my question in this forum thread (or ask a staff member at the appropriate level to answer)?
There has been a change in the way StaticMesh LODs are generated in 32.00, and simple meshes can now look broken at a distance. The easiest way to fix this is to remove LODs from simple meshes that have this problem. You can just set the ‘Number of LODs’ option to 1 and click Apply Changes.
