Summary

I would like to add some island from other creators in creator picks but I can’t do that in the creator portal because is bugged. I have already tried with other Browsers but the issue is the same.

Issue description: I have tried to paste directly the island code of some islands and either the correct names but nothing appears on the screen. The searching bar dosen’t give any result.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the Creator Portal and go to Creator Picks.

Expected Result

Tecnically the system should load the map that I have searched and let you add it to the Creator Picks.

Observed Result

Nothing is loaded after pasting the correct code or island name.

What’s the island code that doesn’t show up I will try for myself?

Everyone that I have tried to add doesn’t show up, the last that I have tried was 3305-1551-7747

Just checked and you’re right it didn’t let me put that island in either.

At this point i think they have bugged it with yesterday creator portal’s update.

How is possible to let they know about this issue as soon as possible?

Well never tried that before, but as you say, its
NOT working. So its got my vote up !

Hi there! The team checked this out and saw that the island code, 3305-1551-7747, is set to “unlisted” visibility status. Only islands that have been set to “listed” will be able to be selected in Creator Picks.

FORT-915310 has been ‘Closed’. This is working as intended by design.

That’s impossible, 3305-1551-7747 is the code for theboydilly’s go goated zonewars how would it be unlisted?

Regardless I tried to use 2 other maps (The Pit and a random one) which also should not be considered unlisted and it also didn’t work

Well this looks a lot like a regression based on the post
Unlisted maps can still be found in the New Updates section. - General / Issues and Bug Reporting - Epic Developer Community Forums

Does this mean this was the way it was, and then changed and someone has put it back to September 2023.?
Where is the documentation for this because there does not seem to be any, and therefore we cannot say its working correctly or not?

The bug is not fixed. I still can’t add any island.

I have tried to add an Island code that is present inside another creator’s picks and the system dosen’t allow me to add it.

I’m sorry, but this doesn’t seem to be possible. I tried adding an island code I found in another creator’s Picks, and I encountered the same issue.
