Creative xp bug

XP Bug creative… I was playing Fortnite a few days ago and I was level 47 and i leveled up to level 55 but went back to lobby and it took my xp and levels off me and now I can’t gain xp it has also append to my brother.

I have played battle royale since and leveled up to level 89

I play on PlayStation

UEFN not applicable but xp is granted when in the game.

Island code is 5631-8293-3945

Prior to this issue I was gaining XP and levelled up to level 55 bur on my return to the lobby I was demoted back to level 47.

I do have photographic evidence and a 5 min video if required but cannot get to it at the time of writing this post.

I contacted epic support but was told to put the issue here. I have also posted this to a thread in Reddit aswell but I have received no response yet.

Message from support received Yesterday but I am yet to give them the evidence this wil be done today.

I have been having the exact same issue. I leveled up to 70 while in a creative map, however, upon to returning to the lobby none of the XP/Levels transferred and I was several levels lower. However, it seems that I did end up giving me the XP later. I am not sure how much time elapsed but after logging in later in the way the welcome screen reported that I had earned XP/battles stars. Glad I ended up receiving the XP but the delay was rather annoying.
