Crash Pad glitches when player falls into it

I did not report this as a bug because I’m not sure if its just an issue in my setup or something. I have a level with a collection of crash pads at the bottom that are meant to propel the player back up. When I first placed them they were working fine but now I encountered this glitch in the gif

I have quite a lot of these Crash ads in my level and the issue happens with all of them. It happens both in game and in creative. Thank you all for your help!
