You can develop and produce the look and feel however you so wish. Some titles purposefully aim for a rather basic visual style and do amazingly well. That’s entirely up to you. Instead of asking for critique this early on, I would suggest you take some time, focus on developing a plan, and take it from there. There’s no need to continuously ask an almost identical question over and over. Because, ultimately, you’ll end up with the same response each time.
Furthermore, as I and many others have already mentioned, I would continue to recommend that you move away from the desire to remake . Yes, you can develop a game that is “inspired” by it. But, there’s really no need to continue mentioning it, in that case. Similarly, you could draw inspiration from Tom & Jerry if you choose. Just don’t attempt to make a game based upon it, specifically. As you’ll run into problems there, as well.
On the Rapunzel front, I don’t believe you’d have any issues, though. As far as I’m aware, it has long been in the public domain. You are freely able to use that.

Did you try to customize 2D mode main character male npc or in 3D using only Unreal Engine 4 and also to add animations?

Copyright of Games is seems to be really limited, If the direct names and looks does not match with the original, I’m not hesitating here to mention that Gameloft lately literally copied atleast two top grossing games in playstore in terms of mechanism/system but totally different in terms of graphics and those games are doing pretty good, burden me, if they actually purchased any copyright internally from original game makers but those original games ain’t so original either, the core concept of those games were not new but atleast they had their own good touch & modification. Whatever that should not encourage copying though.
I’m new to the game developing though, I may learn from someone who may criticize my post.
