Constrained objects in level sequence crashes live session

When an object is constrained to another object in a level sequencer, that sequencer will crash Fortnite when it is played.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a level sequencer
  2. Connect one static mesh to another with constraints with the animation tools in the sequencer
  3. Add sequence to cinematic device
  4. Add a button device that will play the level sequence on press
  5. Start game and push button

Expected Result

The sequence should play on button press.

Observed Result

Fortnite crashes.

How to get your Fortnite logs

Hi, I have the same issue form the parent constraint between a skeleton mesh and a static mesh.

I included the log files asked.

I tried to have graphics drivers and windows updated but the error is still there.

I also tried to launch the sequence by only deleting the parent constraint and after that the issue do not appear. So the issue is for sure due to the parent constraint.

FORT-924312 is ‘Closed’ as ‘Fixed’. The issue will be addressed in 39.20.
