When I launch a session, I spawn in the water, I can’t move and stuck in first person.
When I start the game, it does the same thing. It was working one minute. I closed and opened UEFN and Fortnite and then opened it back up, and now this is happening. Restarting UEFN, Fortnite, or PC does not fix the problem. How do I fix this?

Hey Itz Earthy,
Hows your ocean z location, is it mean’t to be below spawn level or are you meant to have no ocean in that area ?
My whole island and spawn pads are above the ocean. It’s a converted 1.0 map. I spawn 5,000 meters away from the island
Something has glitched, do you have maybe a barrier device that may have turned solid instead of hollow box or something,
I do remember having a spawn inside of a barrier device and it throws you out of it on spawn.
I’ve actually experienced not moving in first person from a teleporter destination accidently set inside a barrier wall,
maybe getting jammed between 2 barrier devices or a large barrier could do the same thing.
If theres nothing like that then the glitch could be in the spawnpads, in which case I’d delete them and redo.
Redone all Barriers, Spawn pads, mutators, etc. Still no fix
Is there any thing other than ocean, near where you spawn in-game ?
What’s in the logs? You can filter output logs to only show errors.
You can then search the error text in the forum to see if there is a solution or workaround to the problem or if anyone reported it already.
just ocean

Turns out there was a imported prop that had its collision all crazy
Wow, what an obscure effect, that sounds very crazy, well done on the find.
Yeah, what an artifact !!
