Cinematic Sequencers not working after round 1 when set to "Instigator Only"

Summary

When a cinematic sequencer is set to instigator only, the cinematic will work for the first round of the uefn session and inconsistently but mostly just simply not work after the first round.

Even ending and starting the game again, it most likely won’t work but it always will on the first round of the session.

This used to be a bug that was fixed a while ago but it seems to have returned.

Steps to Reproduce

I have a cinematic sequencer with a level sequence that has a cinematic camera actor. It is set to instigator only and activates when a player enters a mutator zone. That mutator zone is attached to a moving object.

Expected Result

Like in the first round, the cinematic should play for the instigator that enters the mutator zone.

Observed Result

It plays in the first round, then doesn’t really after that. Very rarely it will play again in future rounds but it seems to be random which makes me believe this is a bug not an error with my settings.
