Summary
I was following this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAKM-RbDbsk&ab_channel=MichaelEdwardRicks ) on how to add animations to a character device, but what is shown in 8:32 is no longer possible, the sequencer no longer sees any animation as compatible

Steps to Reproduce
Load up animation template
Follow tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAKM-RbDbsk&ab_channel=MichaelEdwardRicks until 8:32 when you load any of the project’s animations into a character device
Expected Result
Animations show when opening the animation menu like the video (he uses the same animations from the template).
Observed Result
Animations no longer show in the animation menu (like 8:32) within the sequencer for the character device.

No that’s a different issue. I am referring to the character device (animating characters), linked issue is referring to a camera device (aka a gameplay camera)

Hi, @Wertandrew this is by design.
From one of our devs:
The animations in the Animation Starter template will be considered as a different skeleton than the one used on the Character Device. To use those animations in Sequencer, you can go to the Option → Allow Incompatible Skeletons as attached, and all the assets would be usable after that.

FORT-960200 has been ‘Closed’. This is working as intended by design.
