My characters can overlap because there is no conflict between them. In fact, when manually controlling them, they overlap nicely and move together. However, when the AI controls them, they move well when they are not overlapping, but when they are overlapping, they move very slowly and then move quickly when they are out of the overlap. I want to know why. The components have the ‘Can Ever Affect Navigation’ option turned off, and there is no detour algorithm (RVO) applied.
I realized it was because of Detour Crowd Manager.
