Hi! I was creating a map and now when i try to enter i cant, i don’t know why, the uefn crash every time, please i need help, there is a lot of hours creating this level, thanks!.
To “Backup” with revision control means to occasionally press the blue check in button on the bottom right of the editor and writing a note with the changes before submitting them.
Duplicate your project folder in windows> documents as a backup
Then move the project folder to another location
Do one of the following:
3. Go to epic games launch UEFN hit “Browse” and browse for the project folder in a new location
Try to open it from the “browse” instead of just clicking a map in the UEFN map selection screen.
4. You can also try deleting your project folder in documents (but first back it up and paste the folder to an external drive)
Then try opening the backed up revision control map on from the UEFN open map screen (You will see a revision control symbol on the map if you don’t then it’s not the revision control backup).
Another thing is that you might have to verify your engine files in the the epic games launcher and restart computer.
I have had this same issue before, and it took a few months of trying things like this until it finally worked. I got it to open but then all the devices were corrupted and the. Completed map had to be completely redone.
The cause:
This has happened to me 3 times. It’s due to devices being close together, and enabling too many at once causing instability. Mostly with class selectors, timers, player spawners teleporters, and item granters.
Building Holds helps a little but does not fix the delay in the game loading these devices in time. Also tunneling players from the lobby can bring a player in that is false and isn’t an actual player so they see the game and play but aren’t truly a player yet. Two maps I had the same issues with.

If you can’t get into your project in UEFN you can still use the Unreal Revision Control command line to go back to previous versions (that might load for you):
