Can No Longer Publish

One of my Islands that was published says it was hidden for IP violations, for what I cannot imagine, but when I attempt to republish a new version, I always get the error: “Some fields contain errors, please fix them before publishing.” I went through every question, saw no errors or missing responses, and each section has a green check mark.

Anyone else have this difficulty?

EDIT:
It may have been due to a “Project Settings” item “Native Culture” that I believe used to fill in automatically. I set it to “English” and can now publish. It was hard to track down since I assumed the error message referred to the publication web site.
