I have an huge outside area with a cave. Inside the cave it still super bright from the source light. What would I do to get the source light to NOT affect whats inside the cave??

i figured maybe it should be faded in and out based on certain switches. The intensity that is, I’m just trying to see if theres another way i should be going about it?
I was honestly trying to light areas without casting shadows and honestly it was all just an awful Idea. Shadows are maybe a little harsh on resources but if dialed down to a point of compromise they can be incredible.
