[C++ or BP]Vertex paint on run time

Hi a few days ago i posted this question:https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/939934/view.html. The proposed solution was to use vertex paint but i dont see any information about how to make it on runtime(via C++ or BP). Anybody can throw some light to this subject?

I’m still finding a solution, at the moment I dont know if its possible, the only thing that approche to the idea is this https://youtu.be/?t=997 but its very costly.
Anyone have an alternative?
