Summary
Post 40.0.0 update, building verse freezes the entire UEFN application for minutes at a time. Same thing occurs when attempting to launch the project. The issue seems to stem from migrated assets. All I did was migrate a UI element from the template project, and ever since I’ve been having massive issues with invalid assets, extra validation, weird pathing in my assets.digest that place materials in the path of devices, for example, I have material lets call it “MaterialNew”. When I migrate it to another project, the assets.digest say it’s in some weird path, like StatCreator.MaterialNew, of HudControllerDevice.MaterialNew. It is incredibly odd.

Steps to Reproduce
Migrate a material or material instance from the material ui template project to an already existing project, and try to use it via asset reflection. You will be unable to until you recreate the material instance from within the current project. However even doing so, you will be met with devastating lag and asset validation bugs from the original import.
Expected Result
No lag, no bugs, a smooth developer experience that doesnt take hours to chase down basic things or do basic actions
Observed Result
Hours of time wasted for things that should take less than 1 second to execute. Memory freezes in task manager, the whole program seems to hang and do nothing for dozens of minutes at a time.
