Building lights that are inside a blueprint

I have several lamps that are actor blueprints and inside those lamp bluprints there is 1 point light that is set to static, but when i build the light they seem to no be baking/building because the performance stays the same and when i move those lights the its like its in real time, what am i doing wrong?

I’m pretty sure you can’t build lights in a blueprint, as they are seen as moveable.
