Summary

UEFN instantly crashes when I open Landscape Mode on my large Battle Royale island, making it impossible to sculpt or paint terrain. This only affects one specific map.

Steps to Reproduce

-Open UEFN and load my Battle Royale project (around 9000 actors).
-Wait for the project to fully load.
-Click on the “Landscape” tab in the toolbar to enter Landscape Mode.
-UEFN immediately freezes and crashes.
-Sometimes, it begins compiling shaders right before the crash.
-This issue only happens on this large map; smaller maps work fine.

Expected Result

Landscape Mode should open normally, allowing me to paint or sculpt the terrain without freezing or crashing, just like it does on my smaller maps.

Observed Result

UEFN crashes immediately upon opening Landscape Mode on my large Battle Royale map. The editor freezes and becomes unresponsive, forcing me to close it via the task manager. The issue does not occur on smaller maps.

Hi @PelfoxNite_UEFN ,
Probably need to add a much larger page file
add at least 64GB if possible 128GB
How to add a large pagefile.sys

@Jimbohalo10 's advice is super important

This bug at the moment is getting looked at, it seems to be related to an older Waterzone, the workaround is to delete your Waterzone and maybe Waterbrush too.
