Bug Report Normal - Allow Transparency Selection toggled off will allow objects to be placed through opaque sections of a mesh

Issue: If a mesh has a transparent material on it AND Allow Transparency Selection is toggle OFF, when dragging and dropping an asset into the level from the content browser, the placed actor will go through the actor. See the video for a demonstration.

Is it possible to sample only the pixels on the screen not the mesh? Did some testing in UE, this is also happening there.
