Brightness of materials in Android preview

Faced with the problem of the brightness of the materials from the movable StaticMesh in the Android Preview when Mobile HDR disabled .
All movable objects appear brighter than they really are. I created a totally black material.

In Unlit mode It is displayed as gray, brightness 13% in Photoshop.

At the same time in Shader Model 5 render – they are displayed correctly even when switched off, the Tonemapper.

Can I get a completely black color in this mode ?
