BP's inherited from a Child of a Prop fail verification

Summary

If I make a child of Building Prop. Then make a child of that BP and change a mesh on it, it will fail to Verify.
It completely eliminates the purpose of making child blueprints. How come no one mentioned that?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make a child of Building Prop
  2. Make a child of that BP
  3. Change a mesh on it
  4. Place it in the level
