Hi all. My package is in customs and they are asking me to provide any document to prove items value. Any ideas what to do?
Today I was going to receive the 2nd cargo, but when it arrived, I learned that I had to pay it because the customs duty was not paid. While I did not have such a problem with the first shipment, I could not understand why I had to pay for it. There may be people who have this problem with the 2nd cargo like me. I wanted to warn you in advance. Anyway, I’ll post it here tomorrow after I pay.

I’ve just received the swag here in Spain (Almería). It arrived without any prior notice. I had to pay 15€ in taxes, if anyone is interested. Thanks!
Edit: I also received the patches after paying about 5€ in taxes for these.

Received the swag here in Italy, no prior notice, got to pay 11,52 euro in taxes.
People who received the package in Turkey, who made the delivery? I wasn’t home when they made the delivery, now it seems to be lost in shipping limbo with no tracking no.

Swag arrived in Croatia without prior notice. The cost was 10€ so not too bad 
The value in the declaration was 8$ per item thus 32$ total.

Just got my package today!
I’m the happiest with the patches and the water bottle.
The patches are a perfect fit for my steamdeck case, and I recently broke my water bottle so it came in handy (thankfully it’s plastic lol) 
The shirts are great too, they are super comfy and 100% cotton which is great.

i only got badges and the tracking link from epic was only for them. Did you got two tracking links for both packages? I haven’t recieved or got any call regarding 2nd package.

My swag arrived today (didnt got a mail with a tracking number, unlike the 3 patches)
I got the ugly gray version of the V shirt and the button was missing.
What i really dont understand is… WHY dont you mark it as a GIFT?
You value everything as 32$ (but the swag should have a value of 100$) and because you lable it as “OTHERS” we have to pay Custroms. We didnt buy it… the declaration is wrong!
Is by now known why there are 2 versions of the V shirt and who gets what?
My swag got send out on the 27th of may and people showed the nicer, yellow V shirt before (in my size). I had hope that the “ugly version” would’ve been out of stock and I would’ve been “lucky” that i have to wait, because i would get the yellow version.
Over all it doesnt feel like a win for me, because i paid 11.76€ for the shirt with the yellow print on it. The paches, the PLASTIC water bottle from China… the missing button and the ugly gray V version of the shirt are basicly trash for me.
I dont want to be ungreatfull, but for me it really feels like i brought one t-shirt for 11,76€
I learned a lot from the challange, my VR game is making progress and I’m having a lot of fun with unreal engine… but this was an unpleasant experience.
I guess it’s time to ebay and hope that i can get the yellow shirt this way
