Je pense il y a du avoir un probleme avec mes colis parceque du coup j’ai reçu deux fois les patchs (donc 2 x 3€, j’ai réussi a les avoir moins cher en payant en ligne) et il me reste encore deux colis que je dois aller chercher cette aprem a ma poste et qui vont me couter chacun 16€ (j’ai oublié de les payé en ligne donc ils sont plus cher), je sais pas encore ce qu’il y a dedans.
Et je suis bien seul à devoir recevoir ces colis.

to do a “step by step” thing
there are two packages coming.
- the patches
- Swag bag.
the patches are free, the bag will have to be payed a fee for?
How exactly does that work. Im in germany, if someone could walk me through for what i have to watch out for, or if i have to call the postal service. id like to know.
Because i did not get an email nor a SMS for anything
ahhh okay. So i guess i gotta wait for an email by customs now or sth for the second tshirt package 
I too stay in Germany, so you might be able to relate. You might receive the main package directly at the door step along with the amount(preferably 12 Euro). I had received mail from DHL for the patches around 14 days back, but they are yet to be delivered. Though I have the tracking details, but I am not able to find any option to know if I will have to pay anything for it. So, don’t worry, at least your main package(t-shirts, bottle and 1 pin) shall arrive soon

I have got a message on my cell phone from the courier saying that I have to pay almost 11 Euro customs clearance fees. I live in the Netherlands.
I have not gotten any message or mail about the big one, and did not have a package on my doorstep i had to pay for yet.
But, i also got the email about the patches 14 days back
Those came yesterday
This kinda makes me anxious haha. Id rather have a message or email for tracking the second one as well, instead of waiting for stuff to happen😁
I really hope they leave a “pick up here, please” letter as always, if i miss them
Just in case, if you are not at home, then they will drop a pick up card in your Letter/mail box, with all the details printed on it. Don’t worry

So i just payed the customs clearance here in Portugal, about 9€ for the second package 
“for free stuff” … hope to get the package next week.
I’m wondering if there will be a 3th package since this one was declared to be value by +/-30€, and the contest declares total value for 120$.

Got my second package.
It is written on the package that every item costs 8$.
It could be better to know how much every item costs before making custom clearance. We can’t know this information because it’s a gift, not a purchase.
But anyway, I am happy to get this swag!
Years ago at gamescom , i asked zak, if there was a way to get one of them unreal engine shirts. He said de jong might know, but there were none. Until now!
Shout out to epic games and the unreal engine learning people for this. Christmas in june!
Yeah i think for the next challenge, id add a paragraph that “dependong where you live shipping fees might apply” to the goodie and swag section

Who was the sender stated in the package? I have one package coming from the USA for which I need to declare with customs, but I don’t know if it’s Epic or something else (though not ordered anything). The company stated there is “Professional Sound Images Inc”. Can’t find much about it, and no clear connection to Epic. Also was there a declared value for the package? I don’t want to declare the value being over $100 if it’s not valued at that or it states on the package a lower value.
