Better looking light before light build?

This is my first Unreal project, so hopefully these are easy to fix.

1: The lighting on my sand and pillars underwater gets completely lit when I build the light.

2: Is there any way to make the refraction look better? I can see it is bending textures, but is it possible to make use transparency rather than the sand?

3: Any work arounds to make a flat mirror work in Unreal?

Lerp the “wanted IOR” and a value of “1” with the fresnel node and the refraction “bug” should be fixed.
It is something that should be in there by default, but when you think about it: the refraction only changes by angle and fresnel kinda determines the angle so they decidet not to do so.
