Bake Lightmass to a movable actor and force samples to travel along it

That’s a weird one but read please at first.

I have a ship that is floating. I wanted a static light in the internal rooms since the light bulbs are static relativr to the ship. I was able to bake lightning to a movable actors (floors, cieling etc) using ‘Force Surface’ Lightmap Type (‘As if Static’ in the previous version of UE4).

However I couldn’t find a way to light skeletal meshes. For example, doors and a character. It would be great if it was possible to build volumetric lightmass inside the ship and force it to ‘travel’ along the ship. But I it not allows me to attach Lightmass Importance Volume to the movable ship. So, what is the solution?
