We found out on Monday that people stopped getting XP on our map, even though XP was fully calibrated and we hadn’t updated the map for one week. The map was still supposed to award XP.
When we joined with a full team (none of our players had reached the XP cap for the weekend), no one received any XP on our map. At first, we thought it was just a one time bug, but when we checked again on Wednesday, it was still happening. So we updated our map, and after XP calibration, it started working again.
Today we found out that XP is not working again, even though it is calibrated. We will push another update today to try to fix it.
Is there anything we can do about this bug?

Steps to Reproduce
Join our map Infinity Tower Tycoon (6586-8735-3733) → try to hit the hitter or unlock anything in your tycoon → XP should pop up (but it doesn’t :/).
Expected Result
Players should earn XP, if the map is awarding XP (as long as they haven’t reached the weekly XP cap)
Observed Result
None of the players received any XP

We’ve seen this problem on other top maps as well, but they update constantly. When XP recalibrates after an update, this bug doesn’t appear for a few hours or days. We’re not sure how long XP keeps working properly after updating
Hi @Jimbohalo10 Thank you for answering. The problem isn’t in calibration itself, because the map is calibrated and it’s worked fine, but after a few hours/days, XP is not working again. Sending screenshot below confirming XP is calibrated. We just pushed an update to see if it helps us.

”**Calibration Successful. XP Rewards active.”

It looks like XP might be breaking every day around 7 PM EST. With the new season coming, is there anything we can do about this? If not, we will have to update our map every day at 7 PM EST, which will be very difficult to manage @Flak If you could look into this as well, we would be very grateful.
I saw another post about this issue titled Daily XP Shutdown Between 01:40–02:10 UTC+1 on Islands
However for some creative maps (including ours), once XP turns off at that time, it never comes back. As a result, we have no XP until the next update, even though the map is still set to “Awarding XP.”
I will also list here other maps that appear to have the same issue and require updates to restore XP: Fruits vs Brainrots (4554-4413-1515) Barber Tycoon (6980-7830-5270)
