Steps to Reproduce
Join island 5822-9054-9053 at any time of the day — XP works normally.
Join the island during the time window 01:40 to 02:10 (UTC+1).
All XP rewards (Accolades, multiplayer events, and progression systems) suddenly stop awarding.
After roughly 30 minutes, XP starts working again without any intervention from the creator.
This has been happening every day for more than a week, and multiple creators are experiencing the same issue on different islands.
Expected Result
XP should award normally at all times and should not globally shut off at a specific daily time period.
Observed Result
XP becomes completely disabled only during this specific time window, then automatically returns afterward. This behavior is not due to island logic, calibration, limits, or engagement thresholds.

The issue happens every single day at the exact same time window (01:40–02:10 UTC+1).
No changes were made to the island during these periods.
Multiple creators are reporting the exact same XP shutdown period across completely different islands.
This strongly suggests a backend/system issue, not an island-specific problem.
XP returns by itself without republishing, recalibrating, or modifying any device.
