August Payout Still Not Sent — Validation Completed but No Payment Yet

I’m opening this thread because I’ve been experiencing a serious delay with my August payout through the Creator Portal, and I want to know if anyone else is facing the same issue.

My account is fully verified, I’ve surpassed the payout threshold, and the August earnings are clearly displayed and validated in my dashboard. However, despite all this, the payment has still not been sent, even though we’re now mid-October.

I’ve already contacted Epic Support multiple times, and while they confirmed that this is a known issue being investigated by their specialized team, no one has provided any clear timeline or explanation.

This delay is having a major impact since Fortnite Creative is my main source of income, and I just want to know:

  • Are other creators in the same situation?
  • Has anyone received their delayed payment yet?
  • Is there any official update from Epic about the cause or expected resolution?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into the Creator Portal.
  2. Go to the “Engagement Payouts” section.
  3. Check the payment history for August 2025.
  4. Notice that the payout is shown as validated and confirmed.
  5. Wait for the payout to be sent (normally between the 29th–31st of the following month).
  6. Observe that no payment was received even weeks later.

Expected Result

After the payout is validated and shown in the Creator Portal dashboard, the payment should be sent automatically to the linked payment account within the usual time frame (by the end of the next month).

Observed Result

The payout for August appears as validated and confirmed in the Creator Portal dashboard, but the payment has not been sent to my account as of mid-October.
Epic Support confirmed that the issue is “known” but could not provide any timeframe for resolution. Other creators have already received their August payouts.
