Summary
After the latest update (38.10), my project has completely broke. I am currently using the TeleportTo function via verse, to move a creative_prop. In the editor, I have multiple objects attached to this prop, some of the attached props are moving properly with the parented object but some arent.
for example, I have a cinematic camera attached to the creative prop and vehicle spawners. The vehicle spawners move perfectly fine with it, but the cinematic camera just goes to a random location. The weird part, is that I added a debug prop to the camera, and the prop attached to the camera is logging that its in the correct location, but again it is not.

Steps to Reproduce
I cant reproduce it, ive literally tried copying and pasting from this project to another, and it doesnt do it. It seems project specific.
Expected Result
I expect the camera actor to move with the parented object
Observed Result
The camera actor moves to a completely different location (visually in the cinematic), neither where its supposed to be or where the camera originated from.

Additional Notes
I have 2 different island codes, one was published during 38.00 (working still) and the other was during 38.10 (not working). There was nothing changed between these different versions, besides when it was published.
