Anyone know why the level sequencer is defaulting to restore state? Everything is set inside the sequencer to keep state. The cinematic device is unchecked on restore state. So why does it snap back to original position?

Hey, random thing here but I believe you can right click on Sections and try to force them to Keep State :person_shrugging:

Yah I did that
It still teleports the prop back to start

I also checked the damage prop and prop mani and made sure they don’t have any set transforms aside from the attachments.

Is your sequencer Instigated ? Also do you move those in Verse or somewhere else ? (another sequencer / verse code / a parent prop)

I just figured it out… Kinda feel dumb I didn’t try this before. So not only do I need to set the Keep State on the animation, but on the skeletal meshes’ transform as well

In an upcoming release, you’ll be able to do a wholesale override for all the track sections in the sequence. Look for it on the Cinematic Sequence Device. It’ll be called: Finish Completion State Override
