Any recommended reading for lighting design?

So I have no background in, or knowledge of game lighting, and it’s the most obvious weakness in my environments. I’ve been looking at the example projects, and I see how they’re achieving the effect, but it’s not something I could think up and implement on my own; is there any well-regarded material, either online or textbook-based, that provides a staggeringly thorough walkthrough of game lighting with an eye toward breaking down concept art/ideas into discrete technical requirements?

I can’t seem to remember the book that everyone recommends, but this page seems to have some valuable pointers.
