Ambient Occlusion disabled on UEFN and Creative maps on Nintendo Switch 2

Ambient Occlusion is missing in Creative and UEFN maps on Nintendo Switch 2, this was broken in v40.00 and removed in v40.30

Steps to Reproduce

Open an island, place props, observe lighting

Alternatively, opening any map in discovery and observing the lighting should reveal that there is no Ambient Occlusion

Expected Result

The map should have Ambient Occlusion

Observed Result

The map does not have Ambient Occlusion

Additional Notes

This is a global issue! but it very much affects creative and especially UEFN maps leading to odd and unintentional lighting in maps not designed to Ambient Occlusion turned off, especially because the Nintendo Switch 2s lighting was not designed to have this turned off!

FORT-1110962’s status has changed to ‘Ready for QA’. A member of the QA department is investigating the issue.

Bug was fixed with v41.00! will be deleting this report soon
