Hey guys! I’m having some trouble with my AI not being able to follow the player’s last known location using AI move to. For some reason, the AI isn’t able to climb the stairs even though I can see the navigation built for it. Any idea how I can resolve this?
Yeah, I’ve tried messing with the nav mesh settings but nothing seems to work very well. Although I haven’t tried checking the can step up property on the static mesh. I’ll try that and get back to you. A quick fix I did for this was that I created invisible ramps on every staircase which allowed the AI to navigate through. I’m guessing there is some collision issue due to which it is unable to climb the stairs directly
