"Affect Distance Field Lighting" doesn't do anything on a dome mesh

Hi

seems like a bug I found. Please correct me if I am wrong:

import a sphere with flipped normals to have a dome, put an emissive material on it. I don’t want the actual lighting, I just want it to be visible in the background and in reflections. So I disable “Affect distance field lighting” on the mesh but nothing happens, still emitting light. Is there maybe a command for this?
