No it’s childish of the pair of you to be behaving how you are in the given context.
This is a game in early access, you paid for a not-completed game meaning as-is… steam even gives you this warning when you buy EA games. Said game is being made by a team of let’s say 10 developers, who released a mod-tool for said early-access game, for which said mod-tool you did not pay for or need to pay for to gain access to.
Yet here you both are acting like you’ve been slighted as if you were kings or something. If you’d bothered to pay attention to the rest of the steam threads and had not of been so self-involved you would have noticed that the past couple of updates have started causing issues and aren’t playing nice on a lot of servers, even their official ones. They have bigger issues to deal with.
Oh, and the pair of you being banned is in my mind entirely warranted and within their rights as you’ve been harassing and attacking the developers and accusing them of lying to players intentionally.
And the childish remark comes from how you in particular have seen fit to post in more than one thread just because you were banned for having a bad attitude and for conducting unwarranted behaviour.

EA is a period for devs to take in all feedback, positive and negative, and work on areas people feel are lacking. Communication with the community is not an exception to this, especially since their marketing campaign seems to imply it is one of the focal points. Blocking negative feedback is counter-productive, at the very least.
Technical issues caused by game updates is not an excuse to make promises they can’t keep. Normally, it’s something you’d say makes you unable to give specific dates. Making promises they can’t keep to appease dissatisfied customers is pretty much false advertising, and there are laws against that.
Phoenix suggested exercising his right to express dissatisfaction with a product to another customer. There were no threats there. Perhaps his protests are poorly constructed - but that’s no reason to disregard them.
What you’re doing is aggressively trying to discourage people from exercising their right to free speech and their rights as customers. If their negativity is really misguided, as you are so aggressively trying to convince everyone, then it will end up inconsequential. If it isn’t, then it will bring about a positive change in some way, which you are trying to block.
In either case, don’t be a bully.

You only assume its spite. I call it lack of service. It may be Early Access. It may be that the devs are busy. However, we all PAID for early access. We paid to help the devs test these things. We paid to be able to MOD the game. They take content from our mods and put it into the game as well. So far, they’ve done the following things that are offensive to ARK players, modders, etc. 1: Lack of communication. 2: Failing to keep their word when they make a solid promise. 3: Failing to even come within an inch of their ETA. 4: Failing to provide parts of content for long periods of time. 5: Failing to update the dev kit causing MANY mods to stop working when they do. 6: Censorship of people who are getting upset about their lack of service. 7: Censorship of people who even post a QUESTION about their ETA/promises. Even if you ask something in a non hostile fashion, they are now banning people who ask ANYTHING about certain topics. 8: Driving customers away.
All 7 of those are valid reasons to write a negative review. Reviews are not about the game itself alone, its about all services related to the game as well.
and all they had to say is this “Sorry folks were running a bit behind schedule, we will get it done as soon as we have time” and none of this would be an issue
Exactly, but instead they are now deleting posts, and shutting people down for 24 hours, even if they just ask “whats going on?”. Now modders are removing mods from the workshop, which causes the servers they are on to not be able to be played on because clients cant download the mod.
