400 Ping while play testing a Private Island code?

I’ve published and released a map with no issues. After working on an update adding a new level to my project my ping is now 400 while inside the game.

When I play-test the game within launching a session in UEFN and booting into Fortnite there is no issue with ping, only when I publish the private code and load from the code, or push the update to the live version of the map is when the issue occurs.

I’ve booted into the island on my PC and my XBSX and the issue persists. Map memory is 75k in the most demanding zone (using streaming) and the memory calibration goes smoothly.

As of now I currently can’t push the update because it makes the map unplayable. Internet Speed is 500mbs Down 100up. After about 10 minutes in game the ping seems to calm down and return to about 30.

Does anyone have any idea’s what could be happening in the backend or what device could trigger this much ping?
