Yeah it lets me test for like a minute and then it crashes with the blue error screen
Just more information:
I have been having to edit and game test in this manner:
Edit in UEFN
Publish to private version
Launch private version in-game to test
Rinse. Repeat.
This has been rough; ive released some amazing updates; but it takes me about 4 times longer to accomplish
Hello! Can you tell me if you are still encountering this disconnect with the latest UEFN update?
If so, are you able to provide a new set of log files from both your UEFN editor and FN client sessions? We can use those to potentially investigate the root issue.
Thank you!
Hey Smokey, just checking in on this.
40.40 is out today, please let us know if itâs still happening once you update.
We also need the client and editor logs that were requested above to investigate fully - itâs very hard for us to triage without them.
At times, we will ask you to send us your logs when youâre having an issue in UEFN. Here is how to do that:
UEFN Logs
Exit Fortnite.
Click on Start or press the Windows Key + R.
Type \AppData\Local\UnrealEditorFortnite\Saved\Logs and press Enter.
Zip your Logs folder and attach the zip file to your reply.
To find UEFN Logs while working in UEFN:
Click âOutput Logâ at the bottom of the window.
Click on âSettingâ at the top right of the window
Click âOpen Source Locationâ
Zip your Logs folderâŚ
I can confirm 40.40 has resolved this issue! Start Game now correctly operates as before!
