4.24.3 Shaders recompiling with tiny changes

Generally every time you apply your changes, then it needs to recompile shaders since you have changed them. The speed with which the shaders are getting compiled depends on the power of your CPU.

With 12 threads at 2.6Ghz it should not take too long, but of course that is way less power than what a desktop PC would have at equivalent prices.
