So only .FBX and .OBJ Work for so i heard but i cant find anything that looks like this ??

Thats something people tend to make themselves with blender (free), 3dsmax, modo, maya, etc.
Then create a texture for it with Quixel, substance, marmoset, photoshop, etc, etc.
