2019 Spring #ue4jam: Marketplace Takeover - May 2-7 - Theme: The Other Side of the Coin

@VictorLerp The link for the Getting Started Docs do not work neither here nor on . Thought you should know.

Thanks for the report. I’ve tested on a few machines, on different networks, and it works each time for me. Could you try again? It might have been temporary.

I have made a space and invited all of the emails provided through the google form. Some users reported not receiving an email from Assembla, but if you create an Assembla account and log in with it you should have full access to the space.

You can list the marketplace pack, no need to list each individual asset.

Sourced assets won’t be judged and added towards the final score, *unless *they’re from the Marketplace (special rule for this jam).

[FONT=“Helvetica”]Ok, thanks! Would hate to have to list every asset, since my game is almost completely using marketplace packs!

Can we use windows fonts in our project?

For the Streamlined category, is it 100mb or 100MB? I find it hard to believe that it would be mb.

Just to clarify, we need to submit our projects in a reply to this post in addition to ? Wanted to make sure I have the right topic.Thank you!

">> You need to submit your game to the Spring #ue4jam page in addition to uploading it to your account page.<<"

No, it means that after uploading your game to your page, you need to submit it on the Spring #ue4jam page: https:///jam/2019-spring-ue4jam-marketplace-takeover

It’s MB, thanks for catching that!

OH! Thank you, that makes more sense. I remember in the past we’ve submitted games on the forums before. I’m really happy we went to .

For the streamlined category, is it 100MB unzipped or zipped? I’d assume it’s probably unzipped.

in the streamlined category , does the whole game folder have to be under 100 MB or just the binary folder?

How do I add people to my team in https:// ?

Can I use this inside my Game Jam Project?

I might as well solve my own problem just incase someone also needs this:
https:///jam/open-jam-2018/topic/312173/how-do-i-add-a-collaborator-to-a-submitted-project

Pretty straight forward from there. Good luck everyone!

On the stream they mentioned unzipped.

Do you mean adding someone as a developer for your game? Or telling who’s on your team when you submit your project for submission?

If it’s the latter, after you’ve published your game on you can select it to submit to the UE4 Spring Jam. There, it lets you select up to 5 team members.

If it’s the former:

  1. Enter the project Dashboard
  2. Click More/Admins
  3. Enter the username and click Add admin
  4. Send the agree to link to collaborator
  5. Turn on the “Contributor” toggle

Edit: Nevermind you got it! Going to leave the steps above though in case anyone else needs it.

Hmm… I think I submitted wrong… :frowning:

I though was create a project and then add details to it. XD

But I actualhy had a submit after… when I saw it was too late.
:frowning:

I finished my trailer right at the 12am mark. Am I able to add it to the submission some how without breaking the entry or was it in vain?
