Ugh, I can’t cook my game as I keep getting “unknown function” error.
Any way to add a late entry; we were uploading it when we ran out of time… My kids and I built this simple game; would love to at least be able to say we were in the running… My internet was running of course really really slow so it took longer to get uploaded than we expected. https://./reflect
My super simple easy game here, MirrorView, i tried to do something original as usual, enjoy!

Nice game ZioYuri78. Potential to be turned into a nice full puzzle game.
Thank you :o
Hey everyone, this was our first ever game jam and we had a blast making our VR Game.
**The First Light - **
You play as a little girl, Usha, who saves her toy castle by fighting off monsters in the shadows using hand gestures.
Read more and download the game here -https://mutp./the-first-light
This game is best experienced as an Oculus Rift VR Experience using Touch controllers.

Our submission.
Do you like platformers? Do you like puzzles? What about throwing in some combat elements as well?

Are you going to post your ratings somewhere as you go? Also please make sure to save a VOD!
I see people posting games here too, so there is ours

It’s a puzzle game where you rebuild houses destroyed by earthquake,
and if you are not fast enough it’s timeover (on hard).
Hey man, thank you for doing those! I just watched your review of our game. It’s very valuable to see the gameplay test like that done by somebody else. I wish we could do that earlier.
I realized that we didn’t explain enough that the player should press “F” if the part is oriented incorrectly. “F” resets its orientation to the initial one (so, if there is a pillar fallen on the floor ,“F” will put it back standing straight.) It’s actually written in the tutorial and on the screen, but probably should be stressed more. Maybe add a part in the tutorial when the player must press “F” to proceed… super easy to implement. I’m surprised you were able to finish the level without using “F”.
Also, the UMG bug with the the sticky tooltip, haha. It’s wasn’t intended. I think it’s because when you click on a link and the UE lost focus, the UMG tooltip isn’t destroyed properly.
(Btw, we just finished elementary Japanese course, so I hope there is no errors :))
Thanks again!
Hi. For some reason I do not find where the date when we will see the results / date of the results livestream will be. Any idea if the livestream has a scheduled date yet?
Thanks!
I believe it’s not announced yet.
Found this in the jam rules doc
“Each potential Selected Contestant will be notified at the email address provided with such
potential Selected Contestant’s Submission on or about 06/13/19. Upon formal
notification from Sponsor, a potential Selected Contestant shall have seventy-two (72)
hours from the date such notice was emailed to respond…”
[FONT=“Helvetica”]Had a lot of fun with this jam! Thanks to all the great Marketplace developers for creating such amazing content!
[FONT=“Helvetica”]My game wouldn’t have been possible without it!

Is there a way to upload a new version of the game? Not for the jam judges, but I just want to continue the project.
I thought it will be possible to have 2 versions side by side, one for jam and one updated one, but the says: “Uploads are temporarily disabled because voting for 2019 Spring #ue4jam: Marketplace Takeover is in progress. You’ll be able to make changes after the jam is over.”
you could probably upload the game to a different itch page, then since you can still update the game jam’s description you could link people to the newest version.
You may have to differentiate the name and url as well.
Hey @all, totally forgot to post here too!
This is our UE4 Game Jam entry, “CLASH OF COINS”, a local 2 player coin wrestling/fighting game on a destructible and tilting arena - the goal is to flick or knock the other player (coins!) off of the arena by using whirl attacks or jump-smashes.
Tiles you hit with a jump-smash are then destroyed, so the session gets harder the longer it lasts.
Additinally parts of the arena start flipping around after a certain time, so both players need to watch out for that too.
Each coin-player has three lives!
Check it out and please leave us some feedback!

Here’s a short gameplay trailer:
Uploads will be enabled once the judging period is over (end of May). You can update description with a link for now if you’d like to!
Thank you! I’ll wait. Is the announcement of results June 13?
Yes, the winners will be announced on the June 13 livestream.
