I think it’s extremely nice of Epic. It seems a waste to let them idle on a hard drive when people can learn from them. The people that learn from the examples are more inclined to do better when making there own. Always nice to have a reference. If you remember “Pumpkin game model Hulk.” was released as free asset back in 2012. It became mixamo character, and I’ve never seen it in any game. I rarely see UE4 asset flips unless someone has put a ton of work into them. By that time they could’ve made there own. I see a lot of Kite demo, open world rocks in ue4 games. That’s it. Think I would rather have a movement/Locomotion system from Paragon that was in the live stream, but I dont need anything. Really only interested in the hair, and fur.
