Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load Creative mode
  2. Go into an island
  3. Grab the Zeus Lightning Bolt
  4. Use it and observe nothing happening and it going on cooldown

Expected Result

When using the Zeus Lightning Bolt, it should shoot the lightning, then go on cooldown.

Observed Result

When using the Zeus Lightning Bolt, it will instantly go on cooldown without being used.
